Meet Ian
Classically taught, I first enjoyed piano accompanying my family and friends at home with old favourites. With an eagerness to learn and a love for music, I transitioned into contemporary and jazz, and after leaving school I formed a small band playing local clubs.
In more recent years my involvement in music has stretched from performing in musicals to backing local artists, and now playing in local bands as a singer and keyboard player. Music has become an important tool of expression in my life — a thread that runs from family lounge rooms to lakeside stages.
